Sound Healing has been used for centuries. Individual Sound Healing sessions are comprised of a variety of instruments placed on and around the body that can include but are not limited to crystal singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, vocal toning. The session may also include chakra balancing and breath work.
