A yoga practice inspired by the glory and strength of Black Women. As we are inspired by their HERstorical lives and contributions to humanity, we draw chakra wisdom that we can practically implement into our real lives.
Includes:
*Opening Guided Meditation,
*Specially curated information about Chakra & Black Woman (energetic and historical connections, affirmations, quotes, etc.),
*Specific asana poses that correlate to the energy space,
*Sacred journal space and
*Closing guided meditation.
